Quality Director, Data Center Solutions

Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota, United States; hybrid work

Compensation: $172,900–$257,000 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Define and deploy the Data Solutions quality vision, strategy, standards, metrics, policies, and governance.
• Lead the Data Solutions Quality Management System, including ISO 9001 compliance, audits, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Embed quality across engineering, development, validation, launch, operations, supply chain, and program management.
• Own customer quality metrics, complaints, escapes, field performance, escalations, and coordinated issue resolution.
• Lead data-driven continuous improvement, quality dashboards, analytics, monitoring, and predictive quality initiatives.
• Build supplier quality practices and develop a high-performing, geographically distributed quality organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Science, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Quality, Operations, or Engineering, including global and multi-site experience.
• Deep expertise in quality systems, standards, and regulatory or customer requirements.
• Experience building and scaling Quality Management Systems and leading enterprise or business-level quality initiatives.
• Strong analytical, root cause problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, communication, and execution skills.
• Experience leading geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Professional quality certification such as CQE, CQM, or CQA.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or higher.
