Director of Quality (Chemical Distribution)

Location: Hybrid position based out of offices in The Woodlands, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; Atlanta, Georgia; or Morrisville, Pennsylvania, United States. Travel to conduct field evaluations and training is required 25% of the time.

Salary: $150,430–$180,000 annually, plus a targeted annual company bonus where applicable.

What you will do

• Lead the Quality discipline across hirify.global USA and Canada and execute the quality strategy supporting customer experience, regulatory compliance, and commercial growth.
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System and facilitate external regulatory audits.
• Own quality policies, performance metrics, customer complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead global Quality meetings and provide direction to Regional Quality Managers and EHSQ and other professional staff.
• Drive continuous improvement in on-time delivery, product and container quality, customer responsiveness, and mis-delivery investigations.
• Ensure laboratory testing procedures are fit for purpose and facilities comply with DEA license requirements.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in physical science, Chemical Engineering, or a related subject, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of practical experience in quality and regulatory compliance, preferably in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead compliance programs and continuous development.
• Experience managing direct reports, including Regional Quality Managers and Center of Excellence personnel.
• Knowledge of applicable corporate, federal, state, and local regulatory and quality requirements.
