Distribution Supervisor (Electrical Solutions)

What you will do

• Directly supervise distribution employees, including performance management, attendance, mentoring, development, motivation, recognition, and discipline.
• Lead daily distribution activities within the assigned value stream to meet commitments and drive operational improvements.
• Apply Lean Distribution methods to eliminate waste and build a continuous improvement culture.
• Facilitate hands-on problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Maintain a clean and safe plant environment and support workplace safety programs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of distribution experience preferred, ideally including receiving and shipping leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems and understanding of SQDCC.
• Understanding of Lean Distribution and process improvement concepts.
• Flexibility and adaptability to support and deploy new processes in a changing business.
• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree is preferred.
