Distribution Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Allocate workloads and supervise daily distribution operations to maintain smooth service during peak activity and staff absence.
• Monitor workboards, KPIs, invoicing, BNP reports, and compliance with operational process standards.
• Build customer relationships, support retention calls and customer reviews, and audit new accounts.
• Mentor agents and lead agents, support employee development, and promote teamwork and productivity tools.
• Assist department leadership and sales with new accounts, accounting functions, budgets, retention programs, and business growth.
• Monitor and improve District Excellence and Global Business Operations metrics.

Requirements

• Four years of industry-specific knowledge in the global logistics industry.
• Proven leadership experience, initiative, autonomy, coaching, feedback, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and accounting.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables, and Microsoft Word.
• Strong customer focus, communication, listening, teamwork, problem-solving, process-improvement, and time-management skills.
• English language proficiency required.
