Distribution Supervisor - Ft. Worth, TX

Location: CG NADC, Dallas, Texas; onsite distribution center role

What you will do

• Manage daily distribution center operations across warehouse, receiving, and shipping activities.
• Balance skilled labor and supervise team leads and material handlers to meet cost, service, and quality objectives.
• Oversee inbound deliveries, replenishment, picking, packing, domestic and international shipments, returns, and value-added services.
• Coordinate dock activities, shipment quality audits, cycle counts, variance research, reconciliation, and inventory disposition.
• Drive safety training, safety meetings, forklift-related compliance, and safe use of industrial moving equipment.
• Coach personnel, conduct performance reviews, manage development plans, approve timesheets, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience in a supervisor role.
• Fully fluent conversational and business English and Spanish, both orally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of computers and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; warehouse management system experience is required.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification exam and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to work standing for 80–90% of the time, in high-noise areas, around chemicals, on multi-level floors, and occasionally in confined or non-climate-controlled spaces.

Nice to have

• Two-year degree or technical training.
• SAP or SAP WMS experience.
• Experience working with a recognized international company.
