Process Mechanical BIM Specialist (BIM)

Location: Dallas, Texas; this is a full-time onsite role supporting any Texas location

What you will do

• Create and manage detailed process mechanical 3D BIM models throughout the project life cycle.
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, procedures, and protocols with technical and design teams.
• Participate in multidisciplinary BIM coordination meetings and resolve complex design and coordination issues.
• Provide hands-on support for the BIM software suite and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Review project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement through best practices and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher education.
• 6+ years of AEC industry experience focused on BIM for process mechanical design.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in BIM management.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling and estimating practices.
