What you will do
- Serve as the point of contact for consumers.
- Answer high-volume inbound calls and provide customer service.
- Respond to inquiries about products and services.
- Process payments and perform general account maintenance.
- Support upselling of new products or services when applicable.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume inbound-call environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and proficient reading skills.
- Ability to multitask across several applications; CRM experience is preferred.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and basic Microsoft Office experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Nice to have
- Prior customer service experience.
