Rep Client Service (Retirement Services)

Location: Onsite in City of Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls from existing customers and respond to account inquiries.
• Process account maintenance and withdrawal requests for Automatic Rollover IRAs.
• Provide accurate, professional service and take ownership of customer issues.
• Navigate multiple systems, communication channels, and information resources while handling calls.
• Collaborate with internal business partners and maintain strong customer satisfaction and performance metrics.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong active listening, verbal communication, and professional phone skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven call center.
• Ability to use, navigate, troubleshoot, and operate multiple technology platforms simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm for delivering quality service in a professional environment.
