• Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and process customer requests.
• Manage account maintenance and withdrawal requests for Automatic Rollover IRAs.
• Deliver a responsive client experience by taking ownership and collaborating with internal business partners.
• Navigate between multiple internal systems and resources while engaging with clients on the phone.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines (Onsite)
• Preferred 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven call center with a professional demeanor.
• Strong active listening and verbal communication skills to support a diverse customer base.
• Ability to use, navigate, and troubleshoot multiple technology platforms simultaneously.
