Location: Washington, DC, USA; full-time on-site role

Salary: $85,910–$162,890 per year

What you will do

• Analyze client issues and develop financial and management consulting solutions.
• Work directly with commercial and federal clients on engagement delivery.
• Review work and train and coach staff consultants.
• Support client relationship development, sales meetings, and proposal preparation.
• Collaborate with Partners and leadership on client and engagement management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting Information Systems, Management or Computer Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Two to five years of experience delivering financial and management consulting services.
• Experience with commercial clients, or a combination of commercial and federal clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication, project management, and facilitation skills.
• Solid Microsoft Suite skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with client personnel at all levels.
• Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Deltek Costpoint ERP systems implementation experience.
• CPA or PMP certification.
