Focus on maintaining a 98%+ Case Fill Rate, conducting root cause analysis, optimizing supply chain costs, and resolving high-priority customer escalations.

What you will do
- Lead production planning and finite scheduling with plant teams to support timely finished-goods delivery.
- Monitor finished-goods inventory, identify Case Fill Rate risks, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to maintain CFR at 98% or higher.
- Identify supply issues and collaborate with Business Units, Demand Planning, Plant Operations, and Logistics teams to resolve them.
- Contribute to process improvement, cost reduction, and supply chain optimization initiatives.
- Manage product listing, delisting, and withdrawal activities with Marketing to minimize write-offs.
- Own high-priority customer escalations and coordinate swift resolutions with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in supply planning or supply chain; experience in the FMCG/CPG sector is preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and business operations.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, action-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and alignment with KHC values.
Nice to have
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
- Additional supply chain experience in the FMCG/CPG sector.
