Assistant Supervisor Pricing

Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; onsite, full time

What you will do

• Process new prices, price changes, and special discount requests from sales managers.
• Prepare volume, margin, competition, peer price, and product capacity analyses for pricing approvers.
• Route requests, follow up with approvers, maintain request logs, and coordinate approved price uploads into Oracle.
• Manage rebate trackers and submissions, coordinate analysis with plant finance, and support legal review and signature processes.
• Monitor pricing KPIs, maintain pricing databases, and resolve below-target performance issues.
• Standardize pricing tools and processes, build dashboards, automate reports, and drive process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Finance.
• At least five years of experience in B2B pricing strategy and analytics.
• Strong process management experience in a multinational and matrix environment.
• Expert Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, and Power Query.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Domo, or similar data management and visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, presentation, time-management, problem-solving, and project-management skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced degree in business, analytics, or finance.
• Pricing qualification or certification, such as the Certified Pricing Professional designation.
