TL;DR
Lead Global Data Governance (Master Data/SAP): Overseeing global data governance, finance supply chain run-state activities, and concurrent deployment projects with an accent on master data quality, data migration, and cross-functional standardization. Focus on governing data loads, validation and cleansing, resolving project risks and issues, and leading teams through end-to-end implementation and reporting.
Location: Paranaque, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines; other posting locations include Cebu and Taguig, Philippines.

What you will do
- Support global data governance and finance supply chain run-state activities and projects.
- Oversee data loads, validation, cleansing, governance, and migration.
- Manage multiple deployments, monitor progress, and enforce PMO standards and global design alignment.
- Coordinate stakeholders, escalate process issues, and drive risk and issue resolution.
- Mentor and upskill Senior Analysts while mobilizing teams and holding partners accountable.
- Develop status reports, portfolio dashboards, visual metrics, and daily status updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Supply Chain Manufacturing experience.
- Affiliate Customer/Vendor and/or Material Master experience.
- SAP/ERP experience.
- Strong people, communication, organizational, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work across matrixed global teams.
Nice to have
- Deployment, solution, and change management experience.
- Experience with JIRA and test management analytics.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, reporting, and vendor management experience.
