Sales Intelligence and Data Analyst (Construction)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Australian business-calendar holidays apply.

Salary: PHP 45,000–60,000 per month, flexible for more experienced candidates.

What you will do

• Extract project, company, and contact data from BCI software, Estimate One, and related construction intelligence sources.
• Identify construction project opportunities aligned with company offerings.
• Analyse project data to identify trends, sales triggers, timelines, and decision-making windows.
• Prioritise leads by project value, relevance, and likelihood of conversion.
• Prepare concise sales intelligence reports with decision-maker details, project insights, and recommended talking points.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience with BCI software, Estimate One, or similar construction intelligence platforms.
• Understanding of construction, manufacturing, or B2B sales environments.
• Strong data extraction and analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
• Experience supporting sales or business development teams and linking data to revenue outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, self-motivation, and deadline management skills.
