Commercial Intelligence Specialist

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines; 3 months onsite, transitioning to a hybrid setup thereafter.

What you will do

• Research markets, customers, industries, competitors and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze commercial, market, lead and opportunity data to produce insights for sales planning and new service initiatives.
• Investigate, qualify, enrich and route incoming leads in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data across accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, campaigns and activities.
• Develop and improve Salesforce reports, Power BI dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
• Apply AI, generative AI, Power Automate and other digital technologies to automate workflows and improve commercial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in market intelligence, sales support, pre-sales, commercial operations or data analysis/business intelligence.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Power BI and Power Automate, including dashboard and data visualization development.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM, reporting, dashboards and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, collaboration and data-quality skills.
• Professional English proficiency required; C2 preferred.

Nice to have

• Practical experience using AI and generative AI tools for research, analysis, productivity and process improvement.
• Experience evaluating and adopting emerging technologies for commercial effectiveness.
