Program Manager | Human Capital Technology Support - Self-Service Portals (Human Capital Technology)

Location: Hybrid work in or near Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic Region, working on and off the client site. U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead the self-service portals workstream for federal human capital technology support.
• Manage portal initiatives, schedules, staffing, risks, issues, stakeholders, and delivery performance.
• Oversee portal development, UX, user adoption, and operational performance.
• Deliver digital workplace solutions that improve employee engagement and reduce administrative work.
• Support advanced analytics, business intelligence, workforce planning tools, and IT system integration.
• Ensure technical, functional, compliance, SLA, and KPI deliverables are ready for client use.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in government and public services, preferably in federal human capital management.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, prioritization, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a United States citizen and able to work in the Alexandria, Virginia hybrid arrangement; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship are not available.
