Program Manager | Human Capital Programmatic Evaluation & Compliance - Policy & Governance Support (Human Capital)

Location: Hybrid in Alexandria, Virginia, working on and off the client site across the Mid-Atlantic Region; U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Lead the human capital policy and governance support workstream for federal clients including the National Science Foundation.
• Manage program schedules, staffing, risks, issues, stakeholder coordination, and performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Support strategic HR planning, workforce research, programmatic evaluation, and human capital governance.
• Improve operational efficiency through digital transformation, process automation, and integration of HR technology and workforce planning systems.
• Enhance data-driven decision-making through role-based analytics and business intelligence.
• Ensure technical, functional, regulatory, and compliance deliverables are integrated and ready for client use.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Experience in government and public services, preferably supporting federal human capital programs.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship are not available.
