Digital Consulting Manager (Oracle Cloud SCM Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, United States; travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams.

Salary: $145,000–$170,000 USD base annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive compensation: $166,750–$212,500 USD annually.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM solution design for healthcare clients, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.
• Lead hands-on execution across the Oracle SCM implementation lifecycle: design, configuration, validation, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Define standards, templates, and implementation best practices for Oracle SCM.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and collaborate with internal project teams.
• Mentor hirify.global staff and contribute to their professional development in project management and technical areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related experience with cloud implementations.
• 3+ years leading implementations of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Costing, Product Hub, and Procurement.
• Experience leading or supporting implementations for hospitals and health systems.
• Ability to oversee and execute all phases of an ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Excellent oral and written communication and relationship-building skills.
