Financial Accounting Advisory - Manager (US GAAP/IFRS)

Salary: $88,900–$168,300 annually, plus discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent accounting and finance consulting engagements.
• Provide technical accounting, financial advisory, and business advisory guidance on complex client matters.
• Coordinate consulting work plans, client deliverables, engagement economics, and resource allocation.
• Prepare technical memos and collaborate with firm specialists and subject-matter experts.
• Supervise audit seniors and supervisors while mentoring and developing engagement team members.
• Address client concerns, identify performance improvement opportunities, and support business growth through client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
• 4+ years of recent experience in public accounting, financial reporting, or technical accounting.
• Advanced written and verbal communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, FASB regulations, and audit services.
• Proven ability to build profitable, sustainable client relationships.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the year, potentially up to 50% based on client needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with accounting and finance optimization, audit readiness, complex accounting analysis, or accounting standard implementation.
• Experience directing staff and senior associates across multiple simultaneous engagements.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• At least 4 years of team lead or in-charge experience.
