• Manage R&D tax credit studies for manufacturing and technology clients.
• Conduct client interviews, review client data, and perform analysis for tax credit engagements.
• Develop client- and industry-specific tools and templates.
• Prepare technical reports and support research and writing on technical and compliance issues.
• Coordinate multiple projects, Federal Tax Strategies personnel, and client resources.
• Build strong internal, client, and community relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least six years of experience in a tax role at a public accounting or professional services firm.
• CPA certification required; JD or Enrolled Agent may be accepted instead of CPA certification.
• Experience with R&D tax credits is preferred.
