Technical Sales Engineer (Electronics)

Location: Warsaw or Katowice, Poland; flexible/hybrid work with frequent travel required.

What you will do

• Provide value-added hardware and software solutions throughout the engineering development process.
• Advise customers on complex technology challenges and identify opportunities to grow their business.
• Build engineering, marketing, supplier, and customer relationships to support collaborative solution development.
• Coordinate seminars, training sessions, and awareness initiatives to increase demand and product knowledge.
• Analyze supplier programs, market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, sharing insights with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Identify market opportunities, recommend improvements, and contribute to product and inventory planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the same or a similar technical sales position within the electronics industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in an electronic field.
• Fluency in Polish and English is mandatory.
• Ability to travel frequently and a valid driver’s license.
