What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field sales professionals, managing recruitment to performance appraisals.
  • Define operational metrics, drive team performance, and report to executives.
  • Cultivate new business, secure partnerships, and close key deals for long-term success.
  • Foster collaboration across Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and executives.
  • Represent the company at customer interactions and events, staying ahead of market trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in new business development sales, at least 1 year managing outbound sellers
  • B2B SaaS sales expertise in transactional sales, methodology, techniques, and negotiation
  • Experience managing small to medium field sales teams across full employee lifecycle
  • Leadership skills for collaborative, growth-oriented team culture
  • Excellent Polish and English communication skills (all interviews in English, CV in English)
  • High energy for results and customer experience

  • Experience selling VDR products
