What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field sales professionals, managing recruitment to performance appraisals.
- Define operational metrics, drive team performance, and report to executives.
- Cultivate new business, secure partnerships, and close key deals for long-term success.
- Foster collaboration across Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and executives.
- Represent the company at customer interactions and events, staying ahead of market trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years in new business development sales, at least 1 year managing outbound sellers
- B2B SaaS sales expertise in transactional sales, methodology, techniques, and negotiation
- Experience managing small to medium field sales teams across full employee lifecycle
- Leadership skills for collaborative, growth-oriented team culture
- Excellent Polish and English communication skills (all interviews in English, CV in English)
- High energy for results and customer experience
