Sales and Technical Support Specialist

Location: Hybrid position based in Brwinów, Poland, with frequent travel to client sites

Salary: PLN 92,120–147,392 per year

What you will do

• Maintain and further develop sales to selected customers in the Polish territory.
• Analyze and resolve sales and technical issues through email and telephone support.
• Build relationships with current and potential clients, identify business needs, and provide technical product information.
• Visit clients regularly to deliver product training, consultations, and advisory support on adhesive material selection and application.
• Educate end-users and converters while promoting and selling products where applicable.
• Recommend solutions and corrective actions for recurring product complaints in cooperation with the claims team.

Requirements

• Higher education degree and at least six years of experience in technical business support.
• Fluent Polish and English, spoken and written, are mandatory.
• Technical knowledge of materials, printing methods, and applied solutions.
• Experience with long-term project management.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships, identify underlying business needs, and communicate across management levels.
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and the ability to solve complex problems under time pressure independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Russian.
