Senior Manager, Commercial Data & Insights (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Hybrid role based in Raritan, New Jersey, or other Johnson & Johnson locations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Florida, United States

Salary: $122,000–$211,025 base pay per year

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for commercial data products within Project Butterfly.
• Define data models, critical data elements, attributes, hierarchies, and business rules for commercial data products.
• Write product requirements and acceptance criteria while coordinating delivery with data analysts, engineers, and business teams.
• Establish data quality metrics and work with data owners on improvement initiatives.
• Develop go-to-market, documentation, training, and enablement plans to drive adoption.
• Measure product adoption, quality, user feedback, and business value, iterating products based on insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree in a technical or business field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital product management, data product management, or commercial operations.
• Experience shipping products, defining roadmaps, prioritizing work, applying agile methodologies, and managing stakeholders.
• Experience defining requirements, influencing cross-functional teams, and working with technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of commercial data domains, including customer and account data, product data, sales, marketing, and service processes.
• Ability to define KPIs and make decisions based on data and metrics.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM or CXM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with master data management, data governance frameworks, analytics platforms, or data quality tools.
• Experience in life sciences, MedTech, or B2B environments.
• Exposure to AI/ML use cases and the ability to bridge business and technical audiences in global, matrixed organizations.
• Advanced degree or MBA.
