Senior Product Manager (Data Products)

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for enterprise data platform products.
• Lead cross-functional teams through product discovery, development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to prioritize features and initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, data science, analytics, operations, technology, legal, compliance, security, and business leaders.
• Drive secure, resilient, performant, and scalable data platform architecture and releases.
• Implement data governance practices covering privacy controls, data classification, lineage, access controls, metadata management, and data cataloging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including successful data management or analytics products.
• Deep understanding of enterprise data platforms, ETL processes, data quality, metadata management, and analytical data management.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, database technologies, big data, cloud data platforms, and data governance frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certifications in data governance, privacy, or information security, such as CDMP, CIPP, or CISSP.
• Experience with data lineage tools and metadata management systems.
• Knowledge of data ethics in enterprise data management.
