Senior Project Manager (NPI)

Location: Bangalore, India; onsite, full time

What you will do

• Lead multiple NPI projects and multifunctional teams within Electrical Connections Engineering.
• Drive timely delivery, resolve blocking issues, and build complex project schedules.
• Coordinate collaborators across the business, manage team conflicts, and break down organizational silos.
• Prioritize and plan team resources to meet project commitments and make timely decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Influence system architecture and define technical strategies while analyzing technical documents and regulations.
• Support project-level financial discussions using metrics such as NPV, IRR, and CER.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of total experience, including 8+ years in project management.
• Deep knowledge of hybrid project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall principles.
• Proficiency with Jira project management software and tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
• Ability to analyze technical documents and regulations and recommend changes to meet customer needs.

Nice to have

• Experience leading new product development projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
