Project Manager (Mechanical Engineering)

Location: Bangalore, India; onsite, full time. Relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Manage associate teams completing design support tasks for product design teams, continuous improvement programs, and new product development.
• Support sustaining teams working on legacy tools, including parts release and ordering.
• Maintain associate scopes of work and coordinate recruitment and sustaining-team support.
• Coordinate associate suppliers and report task assignments and completion status to stakeholders.
• Perform engineering analysis, create or modify mechanical layouts and detailed drawings, and document engineering tests and product releases.
• Coordinate procurement and assembly, troubleshoot mechanical problems, and develop tooling, fixturing, and mechanical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of overall experience, including 5 years in WFE or a relevant industry.
• 8+ years of experience managing design or engineering tasks.
• Knowledge of NX, Teamcenter, and AutoCAD.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical subsystems, including manufacturing processes, welding, sheet metal, coatings, and plastics.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
