Senior Director, Strategy & Transformation

Location: Rancho Cordova, California, United States

Salary: USD 160,480–266,800 yearly, plus eligibility for RSU, RCU, and cash bonus programs.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-scale transformation initiatives across Global Operations.
• Govern complex programs spanning Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Commercial functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, agility, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to prioritize investments based on strategic impact.
• Drive process simplification, automation, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary organization of architects, analysts, transformation leaders, and capability experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, operations, consulting, supply chain, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers and high-performing teams.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience influencing executive leadership and driving organizational change.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and business-outcome measurement skills.
