What you will do

• Collaborate with the Retail Performance Improvement team to achieve engagement objectives for retail and consumer clients.
• Perform financial modeling, operational strategy development, and revenue growth analysis.
• Manage junior team members across multiple consulting engagements, including modeling and client presentations.
• Develop and lead innovative retail service offerings tailored to client needs.
• Prepare high-quality reports, written analyses, and client deliverables.
• Utilize a pragmatic, hands-on approach to solve complex operational and financial issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 9+ years of management consulting experience with a retail focus, or 12+ years of combined industry and consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, particularly in Excel.
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for interacting with senior management and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with Access, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
• Expertise in specific retail functions like direct sourcing, digital commerce, or supply chain operations.
