Private Bank Deposit Product Manager Sr - Treasury Management (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY 10018; 75% travel to client offices, prospects, branches, and various functions is required.

Salary: $109,534.50–$173,720 per year, plus potential variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Research, design, develop, launch, and continuously improve value-added deposit and payment products.
• Manage product metrics, performance, business cases, implementation, and the complete product lifecycle.
• Identify product opportunities and gaps, assess financial impact, and own a multi-year product roadmap.
• Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, workflows, and digital product delivery.
• Lead matrixed collaboration across IT, marketing, sales, operations, finance, HR, audit, risk, and customer service.
• Support product positioning, training, education, customer research, and portfolio adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience researching, designing, developing, or delivering value-added products in payments, banking, or fintech.
• 5+ years of experience developing and driving product strategy or sales.
• Experience creating product roadmaps, market research, competitive analyses, business cases, product requirements, workflows, and customer journey maps.
• Expertise in treasury management, wholesale receivables and payables, business cash flows, accounting processes, and financial optimization.
• Knowledge of UCC, Reg CC, Reg E, and other banking regulations, plus strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or postgraduate equivalent.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and/or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification.
• Direct involvement with receivables networks such as NACHA, The Clearing House, AFP, or external vendors.
