Staff Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Washington, DC, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

Base pay: $191,000–$225,000 USD in Zone 1; $168,000–$198,000 USD in Zone 2; $150,000–$176,000 USD in Zone 3, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and operators in understanding customer needs.
• Establish product vision and shared priorities for banking products and platform capabilities.
• Partner with legal, compliance, operations, finance, and customer success teams.
• Drive execution from concept through launch, defining success metrics and iterating based on results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products; 7+ years preferred.
• Strong product and business judgment, analytical skills, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and speed in a fast-moving environment.
• High standards, strong work ethic, and interest in delivering innovation and customer impact.
