Senior Technical Product Manager (Banking)

Location: Fully onsite in Denver, Colorado, at 1801 California Street, Suite 800

Salary: $90,000–$160,000 annually, with possible performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Own technical and product strategy, vision, roadmaps, priorities, and lifecycle management for internal banking platforms and services.
• Translate business, system, operational, and regulatory needs into product requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and internal or vendor development teams.
• Prioritize backlogs and coordinate Agile sprint planning, release planning, dependencies, implementation, and change governance.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams on scalable, resilient, secure architectures, integrations, APIs, and technical trade-offs.
• Lead UAT, testing, defect analysis, production incident triage, post-mortems, SLA monitoring, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in product management, systems analysis, business systems, or technology delivery, preferably in banking or another regulated industry.
• 7–10 years of experience with Agile delivery teams, backlog management, UAT, release planning, enterprise integrations, APIs, vendor platforms, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, bank products, enterprise systems, requirements development, systems analysis, and UAT methodologies.
• Advanced ability to analyze complex systems and workflows, translate business needs into technical solutions, prioritize multiple initiatives, and work independently.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Axure Dev Ops, GitHub, Power BI, and data reporting systems; ability to mentor others and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or Certified Product Manager certification.
