Product Manager Sr. (Treasury Management)

Location: Columbus, OH, United States. Workplace type: Office; specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.

Annual compensation: $70,000–$140,000 USD, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Shape product strategy and enhancements for fraud prevention and business security products.
• Analyze client needs, market opportunities, product performance, P&L metrics, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships, resolve product issues, and support product launches.
• Create educational articles and marketing materials and conduct product training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of treasury management and/or banking experience.
• 2+ years of experience with treasury management products.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, relationship-building, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to use metrics to track product performance and guide decisions.
• Experience with product management, product strategy, and roadmap development.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
• Experience building and managing product roadmaps based on market data and measurable business outcomes.
