Staff Product Manager, National Impact (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY, with in-office work a minimum of 3 days per week; semi-regular travel to Washington, DC is required to work with government partners.

Base pay: $191,000–$225,000 USD for Zone 1; $168,000–$198,000 USD for Zone 2; $150,000–$176,000 USD for Zone 3. Additional bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits are available.

What you will do

• Own 0-1 product launches end to end, from initial concept through national rollout.
• Set and execute the National Impact product vision, including growing Trump Accounts and identifying new government-partnership opportunities.
• Lead engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, marketers, and other cross-functional partners.
• Define product quality across copy, customer flows, edge cases, and launch readiness.
• Translate regulatory, operational, and partnership requirements into clear customer experiences.
• Align legal, compliance, policy, operations, finance, communications, and external partners while communicating strategy and tradeoffs to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality consumer fintech products.
• Experience delivering large-scale products with third-party partners and shipping 0-1 products beyond prototypes and pilots.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Experience working with legal, compliance, operations, policy, or other regulated-product stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, relationship management, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Experience using customer research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decisions.
