Location: Based in New York, NY office (minimum 3 days per week in-person) with regular travel to Washington DC

Salary: $166,000 - $195,000 USD

What you will do

• Establish and execute product vision and strategy for Government Products, including scaling Trump Accounts.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to launch 0-1 products.
• Collaborate with internal legal, compliance, and policy teams, as well as external government partners.
• Manage product roadmaps and deliver high-quality consumer experiences.
• Utilize rapid experimentation, customer research, and data analysis for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping consumer fintech products.
• Strong product judgment and ability to translate ambiguous opportunities into strategy and execution plans.
• Experience collaborating with third-party partners and regulatory bodies (legal, compliance, policy).
• Proficiency in using product analytics and research to guide decision-making.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
