Supply Chain Specialist (Planning and Analytics): Coordinating regional supply chain execution across planning, procurement, operations, and logistics with an accent on orderbook management, material availability, and performance reporting. Location: Slough, Berkshire, UK; full-time, onsite role

What you will do

  • Coordinate daily supply chain activities across planning, procurement, and operations, including orderbook management and Master Production Scheduling.
  • Support local planning teams with material availability and alignment to production plans.
  • Analyse supply chain data, monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and translate findings into practical actions.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
  • Perform root cause analysis, resolve operational and system-related issues, and support corrective actions.
  • Maintain ERP and MRP data accuracy, support data governance, and track supply chain projects and risks.

Requirements

  • Experience in a supply chain, manufacturing, or operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles and processes.
  • Experience interpreting data and producing meaningful business insights.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Experience with ERP and MRP systems and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI experience is advantageous.
