Demand Planner (Demand Forecasting/Supply Chain): Developing SKU-level demand forecasts and statistical models to support customer requirements, production planning, and inventory optimisation with an accent on forecast accuracy, sales alignment, and S&OP. Focus on analysing demand signals, managing product lifecycle plans, resolving forecast queries, and improving service performance through cross-functional planning.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain demand plans, forecasts, and statistical models aligned with sales objectives, market trends, and operational capacity.
- Manage SKU-level forecasting in IBP Demand Planning, including forecast families, lifecycle plans, and manual adjustments.
- Collaborate with Sales, customers, Supply Chain, Production, Marketing, and Finance to reconcile demand signals and improve forecast visibility.
- Support new product introductions, promotions, product discontinuations, production planning, replenishment, and inventory optimisation.
- Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning process and present forecasts, trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Track forecast accuracy and other demand planning KPIs, provide analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a commercially focused, multi-site, multi-channel environment.
- Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning within a complex business environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with demand planning tools and systems.
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP and/or M3.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, facilitation, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
