Client Services Associate (Part-Time)

Location: East Moline, Illinois, United States; on-site retail branch position

Salary: $16.54–$22.67 per hour

What you will do

• Process prompt and accurate financial transactions in line with bank policies and procedures.
• Profile new and existing customers and recommend tailored banking products and services.
• Open new accounts and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, customer issues, and referrals to bank departments.
• Protect customer information, follow regulations, maintain security, and keep accurate records.
• Support branch goals, customer goodwill, and local community and bank-sponsored events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, enthusiastic approach.
• Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Six to twelve months of bank teller experience is preferred.
