Client Relationship Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Onsite in Birmingham, Michigan, serving the West Bloomfield branch

Salary: USD 45,800–87,500 per year, with potential bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Support the operational success of the local branch.
• Assist the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager in delivering a strong client experience.
• Address client needs with tact and diplomacy.
• Build and maintain effective cross-enterprise working relationships.
• Handle multiple responsibilities independently and collaboratively.
• Develop financial services expertise and pursue Series 7 and 63/66 licensing with company support.

Requirements

• At least one year of client or customer service experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules governing client accounts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a closely related industry.
• Series 7 and 63/66 licenses.
• Willingness to become a notary.
