PCB Client Support Specialist II - RJ Bank (Banking)

What you will do

• Advise clients on savings, insurance, consumer credit, mortgage, loan, and deposit products.
• Review, evaluate, and approve financial transactions in line with policies, regulations, and delegated authority.
• Assess transaction risk and escalate complex or high-risk cases.
• Interview customers, conduct outbound calls, build relationships, and manage structured service conversations.
• Maintain accurate customer records, transaction documentation, follow-up notes, and sales-call records.
• Handle routine customer inquiries, visitor requests, standard reports, and office documentation.

Requirements

• 7–12 months of general work experience.
• Clear and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Customer service, relationship-building, and difficult-conversation management skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal codes of conduct.
• Ability to use CRM, customer management systems, standard branch systems, and office software.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States.
