Area Customer Experience Specialist (Banking)

Location: Century III Mall, Pleasant Hills, Pittsburgh area; office-based role with travel between local branch locations.

What you will do

• Provide coverage across branch banking activities, including customer transactions, account servicing, and referrals to other banking teams.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain cash controls, and balance daily.
• Resolve customer issues and educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Support branch colleagues and adapt to changing assignments across multiple local branches.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and branch banking experience.
• Reliable transportation and availability to travel between multiple branch locations during the week.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, customer service, and presentations.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Notary licensing.
• Military experience in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles.
