Customer Experience Banker (Banking)

Salary: $22.00–$24.00 hourly

What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers and provide accurate, efficient transactions and issue resolution.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through follow-ups, outbound calls, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers about banking products, services, and mobile and online banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Customer service, communication, presentation, relationship management, and sales capability.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship and assistance obtaining work permission are not available.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking.
