In-House Commercial Solicitor (3+ PQE)

Location: Rossmore industrial estate, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, United Kingdom. Full-time, on-site role, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, 35 hours per week. Part-time may be considered.

What you will do

• Provide first-line legal advice, support, and training to business functions and stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including supply and purchase agreements.
• Work with stakeholders to develop management and risk mitigation strategies.
• Support the management of offices, laboratories, and workshops with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
• Assist with complaints, claims, litigation matters, and coordination with external counsel.
• Support regulatory investigations, compliance programmes, policies, and training.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and caseload management skills.
• Ability to work independently under deadline pressure and build effective relationships across the business.
