What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate customer and supplier contracts, including framework agreements, MSAs, and SOWs.
• Align contractual obligations between parties to manage commercial risk where Sword acts as the prime contractor.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams to support complex commercial arrangements.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including approvals, renewals, and notice period monitoring.
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates and a central contract repository.
• Support supplier onboarding and assist in the resolution of contractual queries and disputes.

Requirements

• Proven experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts and T&Cs.
• Strong understanding of contractual risk and liability management.
• Hands-on experience with MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
• Ability to interpret complex contractual language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Bellshill, Scotland.
