What you will do

• Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide consultations through chat.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, including upselling opportunities.
• Use client tools and applications for customer management and servicing.
• Transfer customers to the appropriate departments when required.
• Complete data entry, documentation, and case management.
• Collaborate in a team environment and achieve required performance metrics and goals.

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese required to support Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking clients.
• Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
• Ability to stay current with client and industry processes, technology applications, utilities, and products.
