Customer Experience Relationship Representative (AU Market)

What you will do

• Manage customer support activities, inquiries, bookings, tracking requests, and service recovery.
• Handle complaints, claims, complicated cases, and escalated issues through resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer problems.
• Support the Customer Ownership Group and lead international claims.
• Conduct case-by-case root cause analysis for complaint handling.
• Support new-hire onboarding and customer ownership activities.

Requirements

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in customer service and customer interaction.
• Ability to work onsite in Putrajaya, Malaysia.
