Project Manager, Construction Management

Location: Douglassville, Pennsylvania, United States; approximately 20% travel to client project sites primarily within the Southern and Southeastern United States.

What you will do

• Manage construction projects through pre-construction, construction, project initiation, execution, control, and closeout.
• Oversee design-build, design-bid-build, and CMAR projects in line with contract schedules, quality standards, and budgets.
• Manage project scope, schedules, costs, cash flow, resources, procurement, communications, coordination, and risk.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and quality procedures while identifying and resolving project issues.
• Develop proposals and select, supervise, and evaluate project personnel.
• Use construction project management applications including Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or construction management.
• At least five years of progressive experience in the required duties; up to two years may be substituted with a master’s degree in construction management or civil engineering.
• Must be authorized to accept permanent employment in the United States with any employer.
• Availability for approximately 20% travel to client project sites in the Southern and Southeastern United States.
