Project Manager, Construction (Data Center Construction)

Location: Culpeper, Virginia, United States; onsite at the job trailer or another STACK facility 5 days per week. Minimal domestic travel of 1–2 trips per year. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day construction activities and communications with contractors, vendors, project leaders, and design teams.
• Conduct site observations, job walks, problem-solving, safety reviews, and QA/QC activities.
• Track permitting, entitlements, design deliverables, BOD deviations, RFIs, and submittals.
• Review contractor schedules, maintain the Owner Schedule, and lead OFCI coordination and scheduling.
• Support commissioning, drive issues to resolution, and coordinate with STACK Operations on MOPS.
• Review invoices and percent-complete evaluations, assist with bids and RFPs, and prepare project reports, budgets, and presentations.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in construction or a related field such as project management consulting, real estate development, design, or engineering.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting timelines, and detailed project deliverables.
• Onsite availability 5 days per week in Culpeper, Virginia, and authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background screening.

Nice to have

• Data center construction experience.
• Ground-up core and shell or fit-out construction experience.
• Four-year degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• PMP or similar certification.
