Project Manager (Engineering)

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania, United States — onsite at Corporate Headquarters

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept through commercialization.
• Own project deliverables, schedules, scope changes, risks, documentation, and weekly project updates.
• Coordinate resources, assign tasks, and clarify responsibilities across engineering, product management, and manufacturing.
• Lead project meetings, maintain records, and present status updates to management and the Product Development Council.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
• Apply Lean and quality improvement principles to strengthen project execution and develop best practices.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience managing projects valued at $100,000 or more using MS Project or an equivalent project-management system, including variance reports.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and bills of materials, with experience using MRP or ERP systems.
• Strong planning, organization, analysis, problem-solving, presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build and lead teams and achieve cross-functional consensus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-management software; flexibility to travel for field product-performance evaluations.

Nice to have

• BS in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Project Management certification or degree, such as PMP.
