Strategic Project Manager (Construction Operations)

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at hirify.global Global Headquarters. Full-time role with a relocation package offered. Requires up to 30% domestic travel and potential additional international travel.

What you will do

• Plan and execute capital projects, facility expansions, and commissioning initiatives ranging from several million to hundreds of millions of dollars.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, resources, contractors, vendors, milestones, risks, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct operational due diligence for acquisition and supplier targets and develop post-acquisition facility integration plans.
• Support capacity forecasting, bottleneck analysis, expansion scoping, cost estimation, and capital allocation recommendations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Operations, QA, Finance, and Business Development teams to minimize production disruption and support successful startup.
• Provide project status updates, proposals, risk escalations, and stakeholder reports to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in capital project or construction management, including hands-on delivery of $10M+ projects from planning through commissioning.
• At least 2 years of experience managing and developing engineering or project management professionals.
• Strong skills in project scheduling, budgeting, resource management, cost control, variance analysis, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar, plus the ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Must work onsite in Easton, Pennsylvania, be willing to travel to multiple facilities and project sites, and support up to 30% domestic travel.

Nice to have

• Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering degree.
• Manufacturing or multi-site industrial operations experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Lean Six Sigma, construction management, or contractor oversight.
