What you will do

• Lead a multi-phase, multiyear renovation project from initial concept through punch-list and close-out.
• Manage high-rise structural concrete restoration and building facade renovation projects.
• Develop project roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and performance indicators.
• Coordinate multiple trades, vendors, clients, and building tenants.
• Identify schedule or budget deviations, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
• Build internal and external industry relationships and support the local project management presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in design, construction, or project management.
• Experience with milestone certifications and waterproofing projects.
• Extensive knowledge of the design process, construction, and project management.
• Ability to read architectural plans and technical specifications.
• Ability to lead vendors, solve problems critically, and maintain team cohesion.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and industry software such as Bluebeam, CAD, or Revit.
