TL;DR
Sr. Competitive Intelligence Analyst III (Cybersecurity): Analyzing the exposure management competitive landscape and translating technical, market, and field intelligence into product strategy, go-to-market guidance, and executive recommendations with an accent on competitor capabilities, customer deployments, and field enablement. Focus on conducting win/loss analysis, supporting competitive deals, building readiness materials, and using AI technologies to improve decision-making and business outcomes.

Location: USA - Remote; Canadian-based employment is also available for candidates with legal entitlement to work in Canada.

Salary: $145,000–$220,000 per year for U.S. candidates, or $160,000–$225,000 CAD per year for Canadian-based employment, plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

  • Synthesize technical, business, field, and external intelligence into actionable guidance and executive summaries.
  • Analyze the exposure management market, competitor capabilities, positioning, and customer deployment patterns.
  • Support competitive deals through competitive surgeries, tailored guidance, and field collaboration.
  • Develop competitive support materials and readiness plans as the primary liaison for exposure management competition.
  • Recommend product strategy improvements and conduct quantitative and qualitative win/loss analysis.
  • Autonomously manage project plans, requirements, timelines, content, and ongoing competitive landscape tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in exposure management or vulnerability management.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally spanning at least two areas such as sales engineering, competitive intelligence, solution architecture, product management, technical marketing, or product marketing.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into field-actionable guidance and executive summaries.
  • Superior communication, presentation, people management, and project management skills.
  • Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Direct customer experience in a customer support or field role, or as a customer.
